Firstly let me assure you that it is a well-known fact that it is estimated that about half of all toddlers will experience toddler constipation at one point or another.
How you can tell your Toddler is constipated?
Symptoms of toddler constipation may include infrequent bowel movements i.e. going 3-4 days between bowel movements, hard stools, straining during bowel movements, and some toddlers will try to stop a bowel movement from happening because it hurts so much.

Potty Training Regression is not uncommon and something Mums and Dads should not worry about even though you may find it frustrating. (Easier said than done I know)
One thing I would stress to all you lovely Mums and Dads out there is to try not to show your frustration to your child or punish your child for this. In fact, many children aren’t completely potty trained by the age of three, especially for bowel movements.
Lets look at some of the reasons your child may be back sliding.
